The exclusive charity event organised by the Cotarella Foundation at the Sala Mengoni of the Cracco Restaurant in Milan featured three starred chefs. Together with the 'host', the Slovenian chef Ana Roš, owner of Hiša Franko in Caporetto, and Norbert Niederkofler, owner of Atelier Moessmer in Brunico, prepared the sumptuous dinner course.
The evening was promoted by the Cotarella Foundation to collect funds for supporting the project and the activities of the Dimora Verdeluce, where young people who have completed treatment for Eating Disorders have access to a team of experts, coaches, counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, nutritionists, as well as didactic and experiential workshops, an educational vegetable garden, a gym, a kitchen and a web radio.
Many illustrious guests attended the dinner. Among others, Marina Caprotti, CEO Esselunga, Paolo Canali, Commercial Director of the men's clothing brand of the same name, Chiara Maci, food blogger, TV presenter and writer, Lea Gasparoli, lawyer and journalist; Paolo Vizzari, gastronomic storyteller, Achille Scudieri, President of the Foundation of the same name.
The service was curated by the students of Intrecci, the High Training Academy for the Hospitality Industry founded by the three Cotarella sisters, the only academy in Italy with a campus formula.
